FAQ

- How can we contact you about our order?

We appreciate all the questions and inquiries coming in from customers, journalists or pirates. As some of the questions tend to come over and over, we have created this FAQ section, where maybe also your question is answered.

If you don’t find the answer to your question in the section below – do not hesitate to contact us via [email protected]

- What is the order process?

Every order placed on N3wdoom Apparel is made “on-demand” by Printful.com, a printing and order fulfillment center. This means we can offer a wider variety of merchandise and never run out of stock. Each item is made as it is ordered. This also means that getting your order takes a little longer than buying things from most online retailers. Nearly 98% of all orders are shipped within 5 business days. Faster delivery is available at checkout for additional cost.

- How long does fulfillment take?

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days:

2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)

2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Please note:

Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 7 days.

- Do all items in orders always ship together?

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.

- Is shipping available in all countries?

No, Shipping isn't available in some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

- What type of printing process is used on your items?

We use water based and eco-friendly inks in a process called DTG, or direct-to-garment. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable. We're using CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks, which are required when printing on children's wear 12 and below.
